You can also take a snack with you on boat trips from our café. You can either buy your lunch when you arrive or order it in advance by calling or emailing us. Especially for orders for picnic cookies for larger groups, we recommend that you contact us a couple of days in advance.

Cancellation policy: sometimes plans and schedules change so that you cannot make the Låna trip on the date you had planned. If you wish to cancel your reservation completely, we would prefer you to do so at least 4 days before the start of your stay. If you just want to postpone your reservation – for example due to bad weather – you can still do so 1 day before the start of your reservation. We can refund your prepaid reservation with a gift voucher. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of the reservation will be charged 50% of the reservation price. For cancellations and transfers, please contact our customer service either by email (info@lanaturku.fi) or by phone (044 976 6261).
In the event of temporary changes to the opening hours of Låna due to weather conditions, we will contact our boat rental customers whose bookings are affected by the change.
Note! On the day of your booking, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your reservation to get the most out of your boating experience. The rental period is fixed, so the end of the rental period will not be moved forward if you arrive late. Unpaid reservations will be held for 10 minutes if the customer does not arrive on time.

Tallship Racing!
Purjelaivojen saapuessa turkuun 16-17&21.07 liikennöinti aurajoessa on rajoitettua, joten veneillämme saa ajaa Martinsillan kohtaan ja takaisin. On these days, we offer shorter bookings (30 min) at a price of €15, which makes it possible to get a short experience of the services we offer at a good price.
On other days of the same week, we operate normally, when it is possible to see large sailing ships up close!

Turku Triathlon!
27&28.07. Turku Triathlon restricts the passage of our boats to only a few 5-minute breaks, when it is possible to follow the competition and encourage the participants from the boat. We ask boaters to respect the competitors and wait patiently until their performances are over, when boating can resume as normal.

Corona information
As we live in an exceptional epidemic situation, we would like to clarify the general policy of our Låna boat rental and café, as well as the special measures we are taking to combat the spread of the virus.
All Låna boats are always cleaned between rentals. In the current situation, particular attention is being paid to cleaning the interior surfaces of boats. All surfaces that people frequently touch, such as the steering wheel, handrails, tables and seats are cleaned with particular care. These measures ensure that our customers can safely spend a refreshing day on the waves of the Aura River.
The café’s staff are cleaning surfaces more efficiently, the terrace tables are set out more loosely than usual and card payment is favoured. The payment terminal is cleaned after any pin code has been entered.
In all circumstances, our employees only work in good health, because the well-being of our employees is of paramount importance to us. Whatever the reason, our employees get sick at home.
The leisurely Låna boat trips with your own group are a great way to spend time at a time when people are advised to avoid large crowds. Welcome to enjoy the summer days and the rocking of the Låna boat on the waves of the Aura River!
